Computer-controlled Visio brake testers

The latest generation of our computer-controlled brake test stands: highly efficient, easy to use and sustainable.

Lean testing process with fewer personnel

The Visio and Comfortline brake test stands process control, cross linking, documentation and data processing, reduces the time for your test procedures by more than 30 %.

Database function saves the trouble of repeated manual input

Once entered, the vehicle-specific data are saved in a database. In case of a repeat test of the vehicle, it will be sufficient to enter the license plate number in order to access these data to re-test the vehicle. In the SP test, the results of the brake test are automatically transferred to the SP+ program and used to evaluate the vehicle.

User friendliness in the test sequence

The user interface assists the examiner with step-by-step test instructions. Graphics provide guidance throughout the entire test procedure, in consideration of the specific legal requirements of every European country.

Direct evaluation and archiving of test results

The Visio software supports not only the test sequence for measuring the brake values, but also the evaluation of the vehicle in relation to the applicable legislation. The calculation of the deceleration on the basis of weight values and measured control pressures is transferred into the test bench software.

The ATT truck brake tester also supports any load simulation necessary with the appropriate equipment. The patented pneumatic low tension device or, alternatively, a lifting device, which can lift the test bench up to 200 mm out of the foundation, provides the minimum control pressure of 1.7 bar.

These test results and the evaluation of the vehicles are also transferred into the database and archived there.

Visualization and documentation

The current ATT software system allows for the visualization of the test bench control and the result display in different ways. Computer monitors as well as large flat screens and robust hand-held devices such as the so-called rugged netbook may easily be combined with each other.

Requested documents may be printed in situ or via workshop network remotely.

Connection of the test bench to the existing network

The data technology allows for the test stand to be implemented into an existing workshop network. Thus, orders for brake testing can be entered in the receiving area of the workshop, reported back to the system from the test bench after the work has been completed and can subsequently be used for billing.

Remote maintenance allows for fast troubleshooting

Should the brake-tester fail, the issue can- in most cases - be remotely rectified via computer-controlled remote maintenance. Software downloads can not only be retrieved automatically butalso be implemented without requiring for a service person. Win-win in the digital world.

Data transmission, protected from tampering and forgery

The standardized data interface for transmitting the data from brake-tester to the computers of technical inspection organizations is already a legal requirement today.

Easy to retrofit, easy to upgrade

Extensive accessories and corresponding interfaces allow the ATT brake test stands to be retrofitted at any time when legal requirements change. Weighing devices and joint play testers, which in some EU countries such as France already have to be digitally integrated into the testing process, can therefore be retrofitted into the digital testing process at any time.

In addition, other test devices such as the ATT headlight setting testers, emission testers and joint play testers can be cross-linked at any time to build a Computer-controlled test lane.
